The upper roadway is open for drop off with additional entrances open.
Lower roadway is open for pick-ups.
You may park your vehicle in the parking facilities.
Note only passengers may enter the terminal.
EARLY ARRIVAL
We recommend you arrive two hours before your flight to complete the formalities and to ensure
that you are not rushed.
ENTERING THE TERMINAL
Passengers departing South Africa, show your completed Health Questionnaire Declaration form and negative PCR test certificate to the Port Health Officials.
Social distancing must be adhered to inside the terminal. Floor stickers will indicate distancing and perspex screens have been installed at check-in and ticketing counters.

checked in for your flight online
(www.flyairlink.com). If you have checked
in online and have checked baggage,
proceed to the bag drop-off counter. You
may also use the self check-in kiosk and
the bag drop counter.
PROCEED TO THE SECURITY CHECK POINT
Customers are required to self-scan their boarding pass or mobile device to clear through security.
We offer complimentary snacks and a choice of beverages on board all of our flights.
Alcohol prohibited during Level 4.
You may download your free copy of the in-flight magazine Skyways or, on boarding, ask your flight attendant for your personal complimentary copy of the printed issue.
BOARDING & ON THE AIRCRAFT
The boarding procedure will be managed by an Airlink staff member.
From an Air Bridge –
Passengers seated at windows will board first, followed by aisle-seated passengers.
Bussing – Passengers seated at windows will board first, followed by aisle-seated passengers.
ON THE AIRCRAFT FOR YOUR COMFORT AND SAFETY
Aircraft interior items such as seats, windows, armrests, tray table will have been wiped down and sanitized between flights.
You will be hand sanitized when you step on board.
The toilet area is wiped down during the flight so please be patient when having to use the toilet. Each passenger is given hand sanitizer after using the toilet.
DISEMBARKATION
Our flight attendants will make an announcement for passengers to disembark one row at a time from the front to back. We request your cooperation and patience as this is for your own safety.
